Customer service is attentive in the live chat, but I keep having technical issues with the incorrect products being displayed for the bundles. After speaking to customer service they always have to "escalate the issue" and I don't have time to keep having issues "escalated" and waiting for their team to solve it. These issues are minor and completely defeat the purpose of adding a bundle app to my store—the app needs more work before it can be used. Decided to remove the app instead.

Because all products in your store are grouped under a single collection called “All products,” our system was unable to correctly determine which specific items should be offered in the Frequently Bought Together campaign. This caused the app to display unexpected product suggestions.

I hate this company! During Black Friday, the gift items caused a loss in GMV for our store. Now, due to the bundle app, there is a bug in my theme cart!!! I also hate the customer support of this company! How can I explain it to solve my problem! Who will handle it! That's terrible! I am very angry!!!!!

Tried the AOV Bundles app because it was free, but it ended up costing me time and headaches. The setup was confusing, the bundle display didn’t look clean, and worst of all, it caused bugs on my product page. Customers couldn’t even add to cart properly. I wouldn’t trust it on a live store

You mentioned that the settings were confusing and the bundle widget did not display cleanly. Would you be open to sharing more details about your expectations or ideas? Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat, and we’re more than happy to assist with setting up the app as well as customizing the widget to better match your store’s theme.

Additionally, I noticed you mentioned a potential bug affecting the Add to Cart button. However, upon checking the log from our side, it appears that no campaign has been created yet, nor has the widget been added to the storefront.

While this makes it less likely that the issue originated from our app, we are more than willing to investigate further to help identify the root cause. If you could provide us with more details or context, we’d be happy to look into it promptly.

It appears that our support team has not yet received any inquiries via live chat. Since you mentioned some difficulties in setting up the Bundle campaign, would you mind sharing more details about the specific steps where you're getting stuck? According to our app log, it seems that no campaign has been created yet—perhaps there was an issue during the saving process?
