Really positive experience with AOV.ai's support team. Jasmine and Lias helped me resolve a checkout issue with my product bundle quickly and efficiently. They communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure everything was working before wrapping up. Great product, even better support. Highly recommend.

Very Good application / easy interface / Very helpful and quick support - Just have lack of some ecommerce features that are essential for every clothing store. Therefore :- App does not yet support selecting specific variants of a product for a bundle. Currently, the bundle setup applies to the entire product instead of individual variants.

trying out this new bundling app since the native Shopify one is quite limiting. with the help of Jasmine, I was able to attain the exact looks i was going for. The app functions nicely! Don't waste your time if you use Dawn as the app is apparently not compatible with basic functions within this theme. Wasted almost a whole week talking to tech to try to figure out why the discounts were not applying.
Staff was very helpful and friendly but the overall app does not work well.

Installed and adjusted to custom theme without any problems. Easy to navigate. Great customer service. Love that it's free!

Also LOVE that it keeps track of quantity in the cart and doesn't allow bundle oversells.

Einfach und umfangreich zu bedienen. Von Farbe über Texte und Eckradius bietet die App die Möglichkeit die Anzeige nach eigenen Wünschen und Vorstellungen zu ändern. Man wird von Schritt zu Schritt geleitet bis man dann schließlich die Anzeige aktive schalten kann. Auch der Support ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mir wurde schnell innerhalb weniger Minuten, meine Wünsche die Schrift nach meinen Vorstellungen zu ändern, geholfen und umgesetzt. Genau so wünscht man sich ein Support.
