The support was amazing but we finally didn't keep the app because we didn't find a solution to our request.
The customer support is very helpful and responsive. The app overall is very nice. However, there are still some small technical issues and lack of features that will hopefully be upgraded in some time.

Some features work, others don't. There are still bugs to fix and the interface to improve. The support is very efficient.
