Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback on the app. First of all, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the app may have caused.
At this time, the app does not support applying a discount when products are added to the cart individually. Discounts are only applied when customers purchase items as a bundle. This approach ensures more efficient product management and clearer analytics.
That said, we’ve submitted your request to our development team and will definitely consider it for our future roadmap.
