Customer service here is honestly amazing!!! I’m still in the process of fully implementing AOV Bundle Upsell in my store, but so far I’ve been really impressed with the support team. Tiffany, Thea, and Susan have all been incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile with customisation to make the app fit my store properly. They’ve helped with styling changes, image sizing, button formatting, and a range of tweaks to get things working the way I need. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping merchants and improving the app. Very happy with the support so far.

This app is the only one I could find that would also work wholesale apps to combine Mix'n'Match bundles with Wholesale pricing. It has the option of not applying a discount, allowing the 3rd party Wholesale app do the discounting. Exactly what I was looking for.

A few minor things needed editing like changing the font to match my theme and a few other CSS changes. Susan was amazing in getting all the changes done and raising it with the dev team if needed. She communicated clearly and even with sometimes my gibberish request, she knew what I meant. All changes were done within 1-10 minutes of the request!

Great experience so far with the AOV Upsell app, especially as first-time users. The mix & match bundle widget is exactly what we needed to boost cart value.
