I’ve been using the AOV Cart Drawer app for a short while now and I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth and effective it is. From the moment I installed it, everything just flowed — the slide-out cart is sleek, updates instantly when items are added or removed, and the checkout link is clear and fast. The UI feels premium yet still clean and intuitive.
What truly stands out is the customer support: the response time was extraordinary, and every interaction felt warm and personal. In particular, Tiffany deserves a special mention: she was courteous, patient, and went the extra mile to help me tailor the cart drawer to match my store’s branding and setup. Pretty decent free app, but it lacks many features and customizations compared to other apps.
If I want a darker-colored header, I cannot change the font color of the header without it also changing the font color of other things.
Also, it would be beneficial to have Analytics. I need to know how many people added additional items because they were recommended in the cart, etc. The only metric they give you is "total impressions" which isn't really useful
But it's a free app and it does its job.
Also, customer support is AMAZING.
