The Cart Drawer app is really good, and it has helped me a lot. Since I had questions every couple of hours and sometimes even longer conversations, I ended up talking with a large part of the team — Kyle, Annie, Lias, Susan, Tiffany, and Dana — and every single one of them helped me a lot. I asked them to keep making changes and fixing every issue until everything was perfect, and I had them test every possible situation and customer action to make sure nothing was missing. They handled everything flawlessly.
