We really like using this app, and it’s super easy to set up. The support is fantastic too. We had a few minor issues, but Macy and Susan quickly sorted them out. They truly go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
This app is awesome and depending on the offer presenting can be a great way to increase revenue. Still getting a hang of things but whenever I run into any issues their support team is always there to help out. Susan was absolutely fantastic and super patient. Always recommend an app with a great team like this working behind it!

Another amazing App from AOV - this is a game changer with various options and AI to be able to capture more business from my customers. Absolutely killer app — does exactly what it says and makes my workflow way smoother. But what really stood out was the customer service. I had a couple of questions setting things up and Susan from support jumped in instantly, walked me through everything, and followed up to make sure it was all running perfectly. You don’t see that level of care often. Huge props to the team (and Susan especially).
Bad app. Charges you for your generated orders, but does not provide any. 25$ wasted. I did 2k orders but PPUS gave me 0 and you still charged me. shame

We do display the app pricing on the onboarding screen, but it’s possible that this information was missed. To support merchants in testing the app before committing to the charge, we also offer a full refund within the first 30 days of use. I noticed you haven’t reached out to us about this before.
