We just started with Apliiq a few months ago and launched our store this month. I have been very happy with the costumer support at Apliiq - real people with quick and real solutions - unfortunately, unlike Shopify who was not able to help us quickly with any of our issues.
Apliiq so far has 5 stars!! highly recommend.

Quite possibly the slowest company at responding to "on-demand" print. We're looking for alternative printers now -- we've been with them since 2020.. and it's gotten worse since they opened up more locations. Some clients have received literally dirty clothing from their warehouses. It's too unpredictable and white literally a waste of smalll business owners' times.

Hope you are well & sorry to hear about recent challenges. 2024 was our fastest shipping year ever, meaning on average orders were produced and delivered faster than ever! However, we completely acknowledge that this doesn't mean every order was shipped faster.
If there is ever an issue with a customer order, the Apliiq team will always step in to ensure it's resolved to your end customer's satisfaction, you just need to let us know!

Amazing customer service. I have not experienced another POD platform that provides as great service! I was recently helped by David and he was so helpful. On a weekend he was able to help me update a design on a high priority production order. Kim, another customer service rep, has also been extremely helpful in the past. I cannot recommend the Apliiq Customer Service enough, they are always there to help! Shirts are amazing quality as well!
