I'm on the verge of launching my shop with many things on my mind in order to prepare, trying to assemble things to make sure they're ready and this includes the quality of the products of course... and Kim has been a genuine help from the very beginning. She personally sought/is seeking to assure my orders are made to my original vision before they ship, and is fun and kind to talk to.

I've also had many questions for months and she has honestly set my mind at ease with some of the more logistical things. There's more, but suffice it to say that I'm thankful to have chosen Apliiq and pretty stoked for more to come.

If you see products on their site that you like and you are thinking of starting a little biz or something, it's really easy to work with them and even quite exciting when you begin to see it all together.

I would not write a review if I didn't believe in it, I just felt that Kim had earned it. I think that should say something about the service.

Starting your own clothing line is a tough & tricky business. But with Apliiq, they have made it very very simple! I've been able to create, organize and troubleshoot all of my design ideas for my business. The online help i get is quality and courteous. The communication and ease of the app is also very smooth. Had an issue with an order Kim was very helpful in getting me in contact with them Manager Pete. Pete called me on the phone and spoke with me for about an hour. 10 minutes of that was a prompt resolution to my issue the rest of the time he answered all of my questions and gave me some very useful information on the the way their company creates and sources their material. He also gave me his direct phone number and email address for all future correspondence. I got to say I haven’t experienced customer service like this from any other drop shipping company and I deal with a lot. Pete changed a semi annoyed customer and a potential loss of business into a customer for life! I will be using their service as long as they provide one and suggest you do the same. Great Company!

Wow. Apliiq has far exceeded the expectations I had for the production of my hats. There was constant communication during the design process to make sure my product came out just how I wanted it, and Peter was there to assist me with all of my questions.
