Pretty much a complete fail for us, costing us hundreds of dollars in refunds plust the cost of the "premium" account where we were supposed to get embroidered labels put on products. After about 4 to 6 weeks of NO fulfillment, customers think your company is a scam. The virus, riots, the weather... all kinds of excuses. Now their moving and experiencing "growing pains" or whatever. Fail. Fail. ...

I use to this app to create all of my merchandise for my business. I love how it gives me complete control as well as a multitude of different products to make according to my liking. I highly recommend for all people looking to create that special piece of work to advertise their business.

The customers love the quality and they have the best POD prices. Customer service is super helpful when they respond!!!

Peter was extremely helpful when I sent in a chat. The one thing that I would suggest doing is getting pockets that already come on the tee so they are the same color as the shirt. This allows people to just add a design to the pocket, but it does not force the user to have to color the entire pocket or turn it white. Thanks for your help!

Software is outdated and frustrating. Orders waiting 10+ days and they didn't even have the blanks to print yet. Out of the 4 orders placed i ended up canceling all 4 because they never got the blank in. No official process for refunds and they said they would charge a 15% restocking fee for orders canceled that they had blanks for. Can't say enough good things about Apliiq. Their offering is so much more complete than the rest of the other options out there. Customer service is always prompt and helpful. They are always adding fantastic new features and options that elevate the experience and your brand. Truly a great partner to us.

I am new to the clothing line industry. And I couldn't have had a better experience. I'm not computer savvy but Peter Lamb was PHENOMENAL assisting me to complete my set up. I love all the products of Apliiq. But when you have someone go above and beyond it makes the beginning so much sweeter. Thank you Peter Lamb, you are the BEST!!!!
