We have been working with Apliiq for approximately a year and have found their team to be responsive and professional.One aspect we truly appreciate is that you speak directly to a dedicated representative, making communication easy and personalized. Recently, we encountered an issue with shirt sizing. Apliiq promptly addressed the concern and is currently in the process of reprinting the order to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Kim at Aplliq was an enormous help! A local customer wanted to exchange sizes before the holidays. 3 gifts for his daughters who are away at college. I know this can be the craziest, busiest time of the year, but Kim was able to help expedite the order! Hopefully I can get their merch to them in time!! Thanks again to the team at Apliiq! We love Apliiq! The customer service is fantastic. They send a mock up art approval prior to making all new custom order products which really helps with quality control. They have the most robust product offerings for private labeling. This is our fav POD service.

Amazing customer service, you'll actually speak to a real person when you need help. That is the real difference maker when deciding on a supplier to use. The reliability of knowing if you need help, they'll jump on a call with you to troubleshoot so you can continue supporting your own customer base.
