I just got off the phone with Peter Lamb and he solved every issue I had. Apliiq has elevated all of my designs to a new level. I recommend anyone who wants to personalize their brand, use Apliiq. Peter explained everything in great detail and did what was necessary to get to the solutions.

Amazing company and app. I couldn't recommend them more. Their customer service is unlike any I've ever experienced. They really listen to your concerns and help you out the best way they can every single time. You can tell the team there really cares about their customers! They have soo many apparel options to choose from and are always happy to submit any requests for colors and such. My experience with them has been top-notch. I wouldn't even think twice about working with them if you're wanting to start a clothing brand!

I just started using this app for my high quality apparel. I don't have too much experience yet, but I love the fact that they have more stylish/better quality garments than other apps. I rated 5 based on their customer service which is great. Their tech needs a bit work compared to others, but I am OK dealing with it considering their service.
Extremely slow processing times. I have customers who ordered over a month ago and still have not received their products. This is very bad for business. I would not recommend using them unless you don't care about wait or processing times.
This review is from the height of the pandemic and is not representative of what partners should expect today.
so far i have customer canceling orders due to 4 weeks behind and delivery date keeps pushing out more each week, i called customer service and it sound like they're working from out of the car. Sucks cause i had high hopes and i got my name on this marketing i been doing that seem to now get a bad rep due to the lack of professionalism on Apliiq's part.

We have attempted to communicate to all partners that orders are delayed between 3 and 6 weeks, my apologies if that information didn't make it to you before getting started working with us.
We are making investments in production facilities, equipment, and team members and look forward to returning to our sub week turn time for orders.
Due to the pandemic all of our customer service team is currently working remotely, and we are the first to acknowledge that it creates some outcomes that are less than having staff in an pure office environment.

I had several questions so I reached out to Peter at Apliiq. He was very helpful. Being new he answered the questions I had and also advised me of things I didn't know about.
When pursuing our goal to launch our brand, a few months ago, we were novice to the world of Print on Demand and eCommerce. We were also reluctant, until we discovered the Apliiq/Shopify integration. Apliiq offers a wide range of tutorials and content, on their website, that has made us well informed users, quelling that trepidation we initially faced, when starting.
Since we began our journey, we have booked a "New Partner Introduction" and "Plan Your Next Collection" calls with Apliiq experts. In addition, we have had several live chats and corresponded with Apliiq experts via email and telephone.
The team at Apliiq has always been more than happy to assist and provide us guidance related to Apliiq; and specific topics germane to how Apliiq and Shopify interface.
In a most recent correspondence with Apliiq, I ordered a product via dropshipping. Due to the low resolution of the file, the design did not appear as expected. I reached out to Apliiq and explained the situation, and Pete from Apliiq, called me personally and offered a courtesy remake of the product design.
Pete was also gracious enough to take time and discuss the details of the artwork approval process. This was very helpful refresher.
We've also ordered "samples" through Apliiq, and the quality of the design/print and private labels have been excellent!
We look forward to continuing our business partnership with Apliiq, and are confident this partnership will continue to be successful and create successful experiences.

They have many items and look very good. I emailed them twice and haven't gotten a response, which is making me semi-skeptical about moving forward with them.

These folks are apparel experts and can help you with basic questions, design advice, manufacturing strategies, or ways to improve your results to get what you need. INDISPENSIBLE if you aren't a manufacturing expert!

So far I’ve had a great experience...the quality of my products are awesome; I just wish that the shipping time was faster. I don’t want to lose current or future customers due to the slow shipping process. Otherwise, I think does a great job!
