Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

Working with Apliiq on bulk orders has been great. They produce a high quality product, and actually care about customers. I had a small issue once and Peter jumped on a call and really helped me out of a jam. They actually care about small business owners and being their partner. Definitely there with you throughout the growth process, which is really invaluable.

We have been working with Apliiq for approximately a year and have found their team to be responsive and professional.One aspect we truly appreciate is that you speak directly to a dedicated representative, making communication easy and personalized. Recently, we encountered an issue with shirt sizing. Apliiq promptly addressed the concern and is currently in the process of reprinting the order to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Poor Quality & Unresponsive Support

I ordered a single sample T-shirt to test Apliiq’s quality before placing a larger order. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service were both disappointing.

Issues with the product:
• Embroidery: Very loose stitching with visible gaps. Threads look unsecured and likely to unravel.
• Branded neck tag: Contains a visible defective line/break in the print.
• Rib collar: Unevenly attached at the shoulder, creating a noticeable step/bump instead of a smooth, straight collar.

I provided clear photos showing each defect.

Customer service experience:
• Two emails were sent with no response.
• I had to use live chat to get help.
• The representative kept asking for additional photos of non-defective areas, despite acknowledging the visible issue.
• No refund or meaningful resolution was offered, and a lot of time was wasted.

As a brand owner, attention to detail is critical. If this is the result for a single sample, I wouldn’t trust placing a bulk order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Apliiq.

Amazing customer service, you'll actually speak to a real person when you need help. That is the real difference maker when deciding on a supplier to use. The reliability of knowing if you need help, they'll jump on a call with you to troubleshoot so you can continue supporting your own customer base.

Peter and the entire team at Apliiq are always able to help answer any questions and find the best solutions to problems. I have tired other vendors and Apliiq has been more responsive and helpful than any other vendor I have used.

Apliiq is the POD go to for private labeling. I did a TON of research preparing to launch my apparel brand. One of the main things I appreciated about them was their consistent team and ability to private label. I have ordered several samples. I like their VIP program.
