Had an issue with an order Kim was very helpful in getting me in contact with them Manager Pete. Pete called me on the phone and spoke with me for about an hour. 10 minutes of that was a prompt resolution to my issue the rest of the time he answered all of my questions and gave me some very useful information on the the way their company creates and sources their material. He also gave me his direct phone number and email address for all future correspondence. I got to say I haven’t experienced customer service like this from any other drop shipping company and I deal with a lot. Pete changed a semi annoyed customer and a potential loss of business into a customer for life! I will be using their service as long as they provide one and suggest you do the same. Great Company!

Wow. Apliiq has far exceeded the expectations I had for the production of my hats. There was constant communication during the design process to make sure my product came out just how I wanted it, and Peter was there to assist me with all of my questions. By far the best customer service I have received in ages. STRONGLY RECOMMEND Apliiq to anyone looking for custom gear.
Appliq is killing the game! I’m very happy for all their success as a company so far because they put the customer first and think of every detail to make the customer/business owner’s life easier. The app rocks, and the Shopify x Appliq collab has helped me out a ton!

I'm a big fan of Apliiq. They do an amazing job of helping you figure out how to start and run a clothing brand. Probably one of the best things about them is their customer service. You can chat with them super easy, and they are extremely attentive. Erin in particular has helped me out a ton -- getting up and running there are little things that go wrong, and Erin worked with me to fix them immediately. Without hesitation she resent a customer a shirt due to an error. Thats just one example! Thanks Erin, and Apliiq.

Apliiq has infrastructure in place to expedite and rush deliver orders when necessary and we are not shy about putting it to work for your brand. Rushing an order or using express shipping does cost extra, so it's always best to plan accordingly whenever possible.
