Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

When pursuing our goal to launch our brand, a few months ago, we were novice to the world of Print on Demand and eCommerce. We were also reluctant, until we discovered the Apliiq/Shopify integration. Apliiq offers a wide range of tutorials and content, on their website, that has made us well informed users, quelling that trepidation we initially faced, when starting.

Since we began our journey, we have booked a "New Partner Introduction" and "Plan Your Next Collection" calls with Apliiq experts. In addition, we have had several live chats and corresponded with Apliiq experts via email and telephone.

The team at Apliiq has always been more than happy to assist and provide us guidance related to Apliiq; and specific topics germane to how Apliiq and Shopify interface.

In a most recent correspondence with Apliiq, I ordered a product via dropshipping. Due to the low resolution of the file, the design did not appear as expected. I reached out to Apliiq and explained the situation, and Pete from Apliiq, called me personally and offered a courtesy remake of the product design.

Pete was also gracious enough to take time and discuss the details of the artwork approval process. This was very helpful refresher.

We've also ordered "samples" through Apliiq, and the quality of the design/print and private labels have been excellent!

We look forward to continuing our business partnership with Apliiq, and are confident this partnership will continue to be successful and create successful experiences.

Definitely an unreal experience to have great communication and support from the launch of a dropshipping business. There is a lot to juggle throughout the process, especially as a sole proprietor, but Ian and the Apliiq team surely keep the process as stable as possible. A follow-up: It's been just over two years now and I am happiest with how Apliiq innovates their product availability and how their production adds value with unique additions to clothing design such as woven labels and their placements which I think Apliiq is well-known for. It also seems that they have good strategic planning and communication with their customers/partners in seeking to better their customer/partner experience, because it seems every time an issue arises or something new is wanted that there is a solution ready and implemented shortly after knowledge of it. I think they're good at innovating and do everything they can for their customers/partners to have the best/most-unique dropshipping business possible. I am very happy growing with Apliiq and I highly recommend them over other dropshippers! (As I used one other dropshipper when production was backed up for a bit during high COVID-19 delays because of restocking issues with their clothing wholesalers, and the final products were just not as good with the other dropshipper; I wish I had waited for Apliiq to do it properly). I also recommend sending a tee or two to yourself first with each new or different than normal design you submit so you can okay/check the quality before sending to your customers. I think if you send kind requests they will also show their kindness back to you! Cheers so much Apliiq team!

The app works great. I really love these guys, great print on demand service!! It works seamlessly with our online store. They really help take out the risk, especially when trying new untested designs. No inventory really helps the cashflow! We have never had a single customer compliant about the printing, or the quality of the garments. We highly recommend them Thanks Apliiq!

Started working with this company having high hopes as I really liked their products. Unfortunately it was a huge waste of time and money. Not only do they lie about their shipping and processing times, you can also expect to get no answers on your emails and if so, then only standard responses that don't offer any help at all. I'm beyond disappointed with them.

Peter Lamb was a great help to me. I had made a mistake and he was able to get me back up and running as soon as he possibly could. The team here at Apliiq is great and I can't wait to keep working with them. Thanks everyone.
