I appreciate the simplicity and ease of the app for our store. Drop shipping allows us to test styles and products seamlessly. Their customer service is great which is critical for helping us succeed! We currently utilize their services for two stores. I would love to see them expand into few more options for women when it comes to Tees.

Incredible. They offer the best POD services possible. Woven labels, patches, embroidery, and much more you will absolutely not find anywhere else. The customer service now is something real extraordinary. Kim and Pete went above and beyond to fix an issue I was having. Hopped on a video call and we figured this issue and resolved it together. Beyond stoked on them.

Customer support is fully available to help you get your vision down to meet their standards and to meet yours! Had a really great experience working with a very specific vision for my woven label including placement and Yash helped me clear everything up and answered all of my super specific questions on the process! Recommend Apliiq to everyone who makes clothing and wants to stand out from the rest of the POD garbage like Printiful.

I'm on the verge of launching my shop with many things on my mind in order to prepare, trying to assemble things to make sure they're ready and this includes the quality of the products of course... and Kim has been a genuine help from the very beginning. She personally sought/is seeking to assure my orders are made to my original vision before they ship, and is fun and kind to talk to.

I've also had many questions for months and she has honestly set my mind at ease with some of the more logistical things. There's more, but suffice it to say that I'm thankful to have chosen Apliiq and pretty stoked for more to come.

If you see products on their site that you like and you are thinking of starting a little biz or something, it's really easy to work with them and even quite exciting when you begin to see it all together.

When pursuing our goal to launch our brand, a few months ago, we were novice to the world of Print on Demand and eCommerce. We were also reluctant, until we discovered the Apliiq/Shopify integration. Apliiq offers a wide range of tutorials and content, on their website, that has made us well informed users, quelling that trepidation we initially faced, when starting.

Since we began our journey, we have booked a "New Partner Introduction" and "Plan Your Next Collection" calls with Apliiq experts. In addition, we have had several live chats and corresponded with Apliiq experts via email and telephone.

The team at Apliiq has always been more than happy to assist and provide us guidance related to Apliiq; and specific topics germane to how Apliiq and Shopify interface.

In a most recent correspondence with Apliiq, I ordered a product via dropshipping. Due to the low resolution of the file, the design did not appear as expected. I reached out to Apliiq and explained the situation, and Pete from Apliiq, called me personally and offered a courtesy remake of the product design.

Pete was also gracious enough to take time and discuss the details of the artwork approval process. This was very helpful refresher.

We've also ordered "samples" through Apliiq, and the quality of the design/print and private labels have been excellent!

If you’re looking for a company that provides great service, amazing products, and solid turnaround times. This is the sickest POD/apparel manufacturer on the Shopify App Store. Their team is amazing and you’re guaranteed to produce some sick products in your brand. They offer every level of brand customisation that makes it yours. I’ve tried all of them (POD companies), this is definitely one of the best if not the best. Hit them up and make some great products and some great partnerships with them

The best part of Apliiq is the customer service. Kim is truly an incredible human being. She has done a whole lot for us and believe me... I have asked for a lot. Time and time again she has gone far and beyond our expectations. She helped us launch months ahead of schedule by answering questions, giving advice, etc. The app/website is good, but their high-end customer service reps are what really makes this company great. Starting a quality drop-shipping business with confidence in the product is really hard, but they (especially Kim) make it possible!

The customer service is absolutely the best. Peter and Kim, in particular, always go above and beyond. It's because of people like them that I'm able to provide such high-quality support to my customers and be able to stand by my company policy of delivering the best quality products out there. They are an absolute joy to work with. The only thing that I wish Apliiq did better was improving their mockup generator and image syncing when I add new products to my store. I know they will improve this over time so I'm not going to lower their rating because of this one small personal wish of mine. Build your apparel company with Apliiq. You won't regret it.
