I started the initiative to offer merchandise for our students at work and created a spreadsheet comparing the best POD companies, and Apliiq appeared to have the best customer service and production options, so we decided to go with them.

Though the site doesn't have the most intuitive design system, I would say their accessibility is by far the best! When I went to customer service for an issue with Shopify, Peter offered to video chat with me so he could share his screen and show me what needed to done which is so above and beyond. When one of my samples was poor quality, Kim immediately understood the situation, offered a ton of suggestions for better products, and offered a refund. These guys are amazing, and will help you when you need it. I'm proud that our college is now offering merchandise for our students through the power of Apliiq!

Great app and company overall! Apliiq puts out great quality products and their customization team is excellent in making sure that designs are perfect, taking your designs and making sure that they will look flawless on the product you've selected. On top of the excellent products they offer, Peter and his team go above and beyond with customer service. Their team is responsive, kind, and quickly address any and all questions without making you jump through hoops to talk to a person. So many great styles offered, and print quality is nice. I had an issue with embroidery, but Peter from customer service is amazing and helped get it corrected.
