Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

Website looks cool. Haven't been able to order anything but they have a cool website I guess.

From a customer service experience as a new store owner. In working on the launch of my store, I've had several customer service discussions with them regarding products, shipping times, logistics and how their service can improve.

Specifically, David from Apliiq, was exceptionally helpful and understanding with the issues that I experienced with a few samples ordered for launch prep. He took the time to listen to the issues, explain a solution and rectify the situation. We even had some follow-up calls to make sure everything going forward was fixed.

Good customer service is not a given, and you can really see how Apliiq goes the extra mile to let customers know that they care.

Excellent products with seamless Shopify integration. An amazing customer support team always ready to do what's right and help with whatever the case.

Best experience I've had with a printing company. I wanted to make sure my prints would turn out, so I booked call video with them (so rare for companies to offer this level of care)and had the most reassuring and thorough call with an employee/artist at Apliiq. The totes turned out SOO well, my designs are really detailed and every stroke was captured in their prints. The bag was also amazing quality itself!! 10/10 recommend.

I am updating my bad review, i placed just the other day. I was frusterated on the time frame of delivery. But then I realized, that it was only 8 days from the time of the order being placed. I do have a couple of small irritations, that can be settled by contacting the company. But by no means, nothing that warrents a bad review. Thanks

What a joy upon receiving the order, the print quality is exactly what I am looking for, it is incredible, all I have to do is work on my new store and promote it. Had the best experience with Apliiq today. I had placed an order 2 days ago and I need to expand and add to the order. Hoping I was not too late I contact Apliiq via chat. Within 2 minutes, Kimberly, a customer rep signed on and started to assist me. I gave her the order number and she tracked the order. She advised that I still had time to add more items and helped me through the process. She actually did everything for me in the backend and then sent a payment link which I paid immediately. The process was seamless with professional and efficient communication. Kimberly is an asset to Apliiq and I hope to have her assist in the future if I need customer support. Well done!!!

The best part of Apliiq is the customer service. Kim is truly an incredible human being. She has done a whole lot for us and believe me... I have asked for a lot. Time and time again she has gone far and beyond our expectations. She helped us launch months ahead of schedule by answering questions, giving advice, etc. The app/website is good, but their high-end customer service reps are what really makes this company great. Starting a quality drop-shipping business with confidence in the product is really hard, but they (especially Kim) make it possible!

Fantastic range of products and branding/labelling options set apliiq apart from other POD services. No other companies offer anywhere near the level of customization to make your brand feel legit. They are always adding new options too.

Customer service is also great, in my experience they've been super helpful and quick to get in touch if not immediately available on the chat feature.

Not 5 stars because print quality is not as good as some other POD services. its not quite as bold and vibrant as it could be.

I was looking for an online clothing store for a few years now and played around with a bunch of platforms. Apliiq's UI and seamless integration into Shopify helped tremendously. But what stood out the most is their customer success team. They will take calls for you at any time and walk you through each step. This really helped me to start selling and creating. Apliiq gives you all the tools to succeed!!! They automate everything for you so you have more time to focus on your designs and website. I can make a design and have it up on my shopify store in seconds! Makes the building of a drop shipping store so much easier.

The ONLY thing I wish they offered is the ability to purchase ultra high quality mockups of each product, or photography of your product when you purchase a sample. Maybe one day they can offer that service!!

Apliiq is great for the plethora of different options they have to customize your apparel. No other drop shipping company comes close. If I could offer one suggestion for improvement it'd be some UI cleanup and to add a mockup system directly into the wesbite.
