Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

Apliiq has a robust product selection but where they truly excel is their customer service. It was our company's first foray into POD and after reading a lot of negative reviews about some of the larger suppliers lack of customer support, we decided to select Apliiq knowing that we'd need more guidance in the beginning to get started. Ben, Pete, Kim and the entire customer service team have always been really helpful when we've had questions or helping to provide guidance on any customer complaints (inevitable in the retail business). They've also gone above and beyond in just their general knowledge of the industry and guidance with artwork, shipping policies, customer inquiries, etc.

I was extremely hesitant to start doing business with Apliiq, and I also had a ton of questions. I booked a call with Pete and he was friendly, helpful, and direct. He gave me good insight as to the service they offer and how they can help me. I look forward to working with them. I recommend everyone book a call and get their questions answered before they jump, you will feel much better about your decision.

The team at Apliiq are rockstars, every time I need to check a detail or make sure something is just right, they are there for me. I love their approval process which means for new designs, the team checks the specs of the artwork to ensure quality printing. The range of products Apliiq offers are quality and diverse. For embroidery in particular, Apliiq is unchallenged by the competition in my experience. Additionally, they offer white labeling of your designs which allows for a truly branded experience for your customer.

Today January 16th 2024 was my first interaction with APLIIQ and I must say I was very pleased. The agent was quite patient and courteous and was able to get my issue resolved. I would definitely recommend Apliiq to anyone who is in the e-commerce space.

Had the best experience with Apliiq today. I had placed an order 2 days ago and I need to expand and add to the order. Hoping I was not too late I contact Apliiq via chat. Within 2 minutes, Kimberly, a customer rep signed on and started to assist me. I gave her the order number and she tracked the order. She advised that I still had time to add more items and helped me through the process. She actually did everything for me in the backend and then sent a payment link which I paid immediately.
