Customer service is A1 (Shout out Nicholas and Peter) I have used Apliiq for bulk orders and all my shirts were great. So excited to get started drop shipping.

I feel valued as a customer and so confident moving forward in my partnership with Apliiq for my growing brand. My favorite things: the quality and variety of their product catalog (no other POD service has a catalog like this), print quality is flawless every time, and of course the ability to start and scale your clothing brand without holding inventory.

So sorry about the out of stock situation. There is still some disruption with the supply chain for blank products.
We have recently released out of stock handling rules, so that we can substitute products without delay and without having to communicate about the issue.

I started using the Apliiq App in September. They have been great with customer service and quick to fix any issue I would run into. Being a new company, it was nice to work with a company with high quality customer service, and high quality production teams.
Was able to design my product to my liking with various different options to choose from. They always ask for clarification before proceeding with the next step.
I was having many mishaps with Printful due to their poor print quality and lack of customer care and decided to look for a new print on demand company. After many months of research, I am SO glad I found Apliiq.
I ordered some samples from them and was surprisingly pleased with the print quality.
The biggest reason I've decided to switch all of my products over from Printful to Apliiq is their consistent stellar customer service. Peter Lamb is absolutely fantastic to work with. He's always been patient with answering all of my questions and goes above and beyond in ensuring I received all the help I needed.
If you are starting a clothing line I highly recommend giving Apliiq a try!
