So far so good, only had one issue on site and worked with Tess on the support team to resolve the issue. She was BEYOND helpful and resolved the issue. Otherwise the products look good! Would love to see improved shipping times in the future but otherwise no compaints.

I needed to leave a review because maybe it could help others like me start their own branding with Apliiq as I did, through the process is very important to have a customer care that really CARES that help you find solutions to any issue you encountered, every time for me is so smooth with the customer care or sales rep especially with Pete lamb to the point that if he is the one that responds I will smile my face off, I have certain that he will take care of everything thank you, Pete, I appreciated all that you do you are key and I could say a piece of gold on the company

I highly recommend this company. I just started my brand 2 years ago, but wanted to finally start our website and start with a good print on demand company. First off they have an amazing customer service team!!! They go above and beyond to help and break things down for you. I did have a few things go wrong, but hey thats the learning process. However the team was able to help and fix things. They also have great quality in prints (digital and screen printing), and I love that they have a youtube page where I can find so much more info and see products. Also love the type the products they have in store. It was really important to me to get good quality joggers, hoodies, shirts, etc. While at other places I felt like they offered more generic low-mid. quality clothing. Apliiq has a wide selection wise, but no matter what you should be able to find something you like. If you're still having any issue Peter (manger of customer service) will go above and beyond to help. Everyone who works there is very sweet, and understand. If you're looking for a print on demand company I'd recommend checking them out and see if its a good fit.
