Unfortunately, I feel compelled to inform you of my growing dissatisfaction. Since the departure of your colleague Ms. Vicky, the quality of our collaboration has deteriorated significantly. While I was very satisfied with the communication and support at the beginning, this has unfortunately changed fundamentally in the meantime.

In particular, the repeated failure to respond to my inquiries is not only disappointing but also unacceptable. It gives the impression that critical concerns are deliberately ignored - an approach that I would not have expected in a professional environment.

Ms. Vicky was characterized by fast, competent and solution-oriented communication. Since her absence, however, there has been a noticeable lack of commitment and customer focus.

I very much regret this development, as I originally found the collaboration extremely positive. For this reason, I will describe my experiences objectively in relevant German forums and on review platforms such as Trustpilot to enable other potential customers to make an informed decision.

I would like to leave a very positive review for the collaboration with APlus-Fulfill. The partnership is always friendly and professional. I always feel appreciated and treated fairly. The communication is at eye level, customer-friendly, and solution-oriented, which I really appreciate. The quality of the services is excellent, and except on Sundays (which is perfectly fine), there is always someone available.

In comparison to my experiences with platforms like Aliexpress, which were often problematic and frustrating, working with APlus-Fulfill is a true relief. I would choose APlus-Fulfill again anytime! I am truly impressed!

It would be even better if APlus-Fulfill could also offer a return label, considering that Germany, Switzerland, and Austria have a legal right to return goods. However, this does not diminish the outstanding performance of the team.
