too high of a cost for a monthly fee, the free version is too limited, interface looked clean and fast but still not sure its worth it
Hey, by getting a paid plan (which starts at 25$/mo), you also get the ability to connect emails, Messenger and benefit from triggers. You can also add 4 people to your inbox to create a collaborative inbox and get rid of your traditional outlook (automated chat messages: https://help.crisp.chat/en/article/how-to-use-triggers-pq0znd/).
In fact, Crisp is much more than a basic live chat for Shopify :)

We are surprised by the issues we encountered during the application process.
1. Our email has never been registered before, yet when we attempted to sign up, we were informed that registration was prohibited. This has prevented us from experiencing the service.
2. Additionally, the overall experience has been quite frustrating. I tried to use your own online chat software, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response.
We hope these issues can be addressed promptly.

Don't buy from this company! As a global company, we have a customer service team based in China, but this company refuses to allow our Chinese employees to log in! This company is suspected of regional/racial discrimination!

J'ai quitté Zendesk pour Crisp : l'une de meilleure décision de mon année !
J'ai un e-commerce (musebook.club) pour lequel j'avais besoin d'un chat facile à prendre à main et avec lequel je puisse être réactive comme avec mes DM sur Instagram. Et je l'ai trouvé avec Crisp !
Je reçois les messages de mes visiteurs en direct (au revoir les tickets par email !) et j'ai même pu, à plusieurs reprise, convertir des ventes sous mes yeux parce que j'ai pu répondre aux questions des client en instantanné grâce à l'app mobile de Crisp sur laquelle je reçois mes messages en direct.
J'ai même automatisé tout mon système d'échange-retour grâce à Bot que j'ai programmé (sans grandes connaissances) dans le chat !
Pour toutes ces raisons, et bien d'autres encore, je recommande Crisp à 2000%. Non, peut-être plutôt à 3000% en fait. Merci Crisp !
