absolutely amazing !!!

I have only used it 2 times and it has been amazing! I am so excited to have found this app to help me with promotions and giving thanks to my customers.

This is such an easy app to use and has helped increase AOV. It allows for plenty of customisation including branding colours as well as changing the text to suit your style or phrasing. I am using this across two different websites and have not had a problem with it.

If you need to offer a free product incentive offer this works great. Works perfectly with very little effort to set up and customize.

I do wish we could select more than 4 product choices in an offer, but for most stores this small limitation is perfectly fine.

I have been adding free gifts to orders for many years but it has always been a manual process of setting up banners and then remembering to put the gift into qualifying orders. The native buy x get y is good but does require customers to put the y product into the cart to get the offer. I didn't want my customers to have to do take this action and many forget.

The app fixes that problem perfectly and so much more!

It is very easy to use and has many options to not only customise to your branding but also how you want it to work. I love that you can have the free gift either automatically added to a cart or you can give the customer the choice to claim it. This is especially good if your gift has options or is maybe not something your customer wants.

You can have several gift offers running at the same time and can even target gifts to specific customers by using customer tags which is perfect for me as I have a number of VIPs that I can now reward even more.

I have done extensive testing to ensure this works smoothly with other apps I have installed as well as with native discounts and all is working perfectly.

The best part for me is now the free gift appears on the packing slip so I won't forget to add these in.

We have been looking for a simple app to offer different offers to our customers and been unlucky. This app changed everything! It's easy to set up and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for more to offer their customers.

Very easy to use! One thing I would like to see in the future: That there is a popup in the cart when the order value is not reach encouraging the user to add more products - so not as a popup.

Ive tried a few free ones and none of them work with the theme "calm" This AppHero app is amazing, works well and easy to navigate.

Ive set up a couple of different discounts and they are working flawlessly

I cannot seem to find the setting in the "Buy X Get X" discount to set how many they have to buy to get X free - so its buy 1 get 1 free - which isn't what I'm wanting - but I will look again and have a play around as this app is very easy to figure out how to use

It looks pretty on your page as its got a few features to change its position and colours etc

I like that you can turn some of the parts of each discount off if you don't want to display too much - I like the clean tidy look on the page as most BOGO apps look so messy and fill too much of the screen space - this app is very functional and pretty and IT JUST WORKS - YAY !!

We initially experienced some issues with the correct display of the app. However, thanks to very helpful support, these were quickly resolved.

AppHero has been exactly what I needed. The setup was straightforward and not complicated at all, and testing the app was easy and intuitive.

I did run into an issue initially, but their support team was excellent. After submitting a support ticket and granting AppHero collaborator access, they quickly helped me pinpoint the problem. It turned out the issue was related to how we had our Shopify Markets configured, not the app itself. Once that limitation was removed, the app worked beautifully.

Really impressed with both the product and the support so far. We’re launching our first promotion tomorrow, so I’m excited to see how it performs!
