I’ve been using this app for a short time, and overall it’s been a great experience so far. We did run into a technical issue, but their support team was very responsive and helpful. They resolved the problem within 24 hours, which made a big difference for us. Since the app is still new, there are naturally a few areas that could continue to improve, but the quick support and willingness to help definitely stand out. Looking forward to seeing how the app evolves.

De momento va genial. No he hecho uso de todas su funcionalidades, pero lo que he ido probando funciona bien. Además se personaliza muy bien con los colores de tu marca.
Así que le doy 5 estrellas, porque no he tenido problemas, si los he tenido es porque no lo había configurado bien. No es complicado, tiene una interfaz fácil. Así que estupendo.
Edito para mencionar que el soporte ha sido maravilloso, me atendió Rami, y sinceramente ha sido, rápido, amable y lo mejor de todo es que ha solucionado el problema en un tiempo que no era fácil, puesto que eran temas sobre protección de datos en la UE. Así que Rami ha hecho un trabajo espectacular.

It's super easy to use the app. This makes it very easy to increase AOV. If I remember correctly, we get 3 different options to upsell.
1: BOGO
2: BUY X GET Y
3: free gift when you spend X amount
I like using the Free gift when you spend X amount.
