3/20/23 - Had some issues with the app, but the service team was helpful in jumping right away to see what was going on to solve the problem.
Our products are perishable items that are used for events so the delivery date of when they are to arrive is very important for us to keep our customers happy. To make things more difficult some products are available and not available at different times so the year. The Delivery Date apps we looked are were mainly for local deliveries and not designed for a drop shipper like us. They just did not give us the flexibility we needed. In communicating with App.Jetty they told me they could make the delivery calendar work exactly how we needed it to work. We had to do some customization which I had no issue with if we really could get it to work properly. The process to get this done was top-notch. They took the time to understand what we were looking to do. They made adjustments to the project as needed as new issues were uncovered. They did a very good job for us. This was a fairly big issue for us that went smoother than expected. We are very happy to use their App.
I just ran into an issue where our Delivery Calendar did not work properly during our busiest time of the year when of course it was after their work day had ended. The support staff got ahold of someone after hours to help us get our Calendar up and functional within hours. I was in real trouble if it did not work. - wonderful support
Not sure about all the settings. but the support offered is great.
Fixed two of my problems in two instances immediately.
Good support will keep on using and explore more.
The app was very easy to install. I had some questions about different features and how I could best use them for my bakery and they were able to answer all of them with a quick phone call.
We utilize Delivery Date & Shipping Rate app and they've been extremely helpful with any questions! We'd highly recommend.
Customer support is 5 stars. Needed help with the integration, one chat with them, and its done!
App is helpful as well for when you want it to be easier for buyers to put on a delivery date, right on the product page rather than having them to put it as a note.
