Chat Support Quick and no standard pasted text I liked that a lot.
My problems where understood - taken care of by the team in reasonable time and a protocol with what has been done was send to me, including screenshots of code that needed to be adjust, via email. Keep up the great work team!

Good support and good app. We are using it with good success and the price is fair for what they offer.
ODDM is a great way for small business owners to let customers schedule their desired delivery date and delivery time with a budget-friendly price. Their support team is very responsive and helpful when it comes to integration of the app itself to your site and is patient when handling requests. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic support, got us over a sticking point and on to help with configuration 1 on 1 via Google Meet. Pro team.
There was some bugs with my shopi template and they solved in a few hours. Super customer service! Totally recomended.

I am happy with the app, and I was very impressed with the support I got from your team Jignesh and Akshi were super professional in their response to me queries during the google meet session.
I found this app practical to meet my flower business needs as many of customers always need to enter a date/time/ and leave some notes. so far I used it for a few days and all is good. I am happy to find this app useful and CS team is helpful as well. Great Appreciation!
