They always clearly understand my requests and questions and thoroughly address them in a way that has always exceeded my expectations. They've been very patient with me. Overall, their app is very useful for our business, the app has what we need. And compare to other apps that do the same thing, this one is affordable. The interface is easy to set up and navigate, but if you're not a techie person or have zero knowledge of coding, they'll be happy to assist you with setting it up for sure! I have basic knowledge of coding, so I was able to do it on my own. So I can say that you won't have a problem working with them at all whether you have an experience or not. Thank you AppJetty!

I really needed an app like this to allow customers to choose the delivery date they needed to receive their baked orders to take the stress out of my daily shop procedures as I was manually adding them myself before. They were particularly helpful and quick when integrating the software with my shop and I really couldn't fault it at all! Highly highly recommend and deffo worth paying for.
