Great app, it delivers what we need exactly. Support is quick and responsive.

The app is really complete and helpful, you can translate it or adjust it however you need most of time without code, the support is great, sometimes when you don't know the app you can make some fails or maybe the app can have some fails, but with a great support is really easy to correct and work with the app

Very bad support and don't understand their own product capability. Always not available / offline.

I would just like to say this app works really well for my business but some parts are still American instead of UK which is where the business is based, for example : zip code instead of post code.
The team at appjetty were extremely helpful when there was a bug on my side of the app and fixed it really quickly.
Pratibha Nandi couldn't have more helpful and professional sorting my problem out.

This is by far the most comprehensive delivery date and shipping app. The tech support chat and phone service have been excellent, and I have been with them for over two years.

Their code is rock solid, and the app has all the features you could want to help automate and streamline the process of getting orders to customers on their selected date.
