Exceptional Support - Fixed "Buy It Now" Issue in Under an Hour!
I had a critical issue where the "Buy It Now" button on my Shopify store was bypassing the pincode validation, allowing unserviceable orders to slip through. This was a major headache for my operations.

They understood the technical conflict immediately and provided a solution within one hour of me raising the ticket. The app does exactly what it promises — zipcode validation. We've integrated it into our store and it fits our use case well: validating zipcodes only for certain products while keeping others completely unrestricted.
We ran into a small CSS issue during setup, but AppJetty's support team resolved it in under 5 minutes after getting on a support call with them. That kind of responsiveness is amazing to have and not common.
A great app comes down to two things — functionality and support. Both are excellent here.
One thing to note: getting the popup widget to work required some changes to the website code, which wasn't immediately obvious. A more guided setup for this would make the experience seamless for non-technical users.
That aside, the out-of-the-box functionality is solid and the support is outstanding.
