About Apple Business Chat

Apple Business Chat is a powerful new way for customers to connect with you. Customers browsing your store can use Messages to contact you using their iPhone, iPad, or Mac. With Apple Pay, customers can even complete purchases seamlessly from within Messages.

Customer messages show up inside Shopify Ping, a free iOS app. Ping lets you manage all your conversations in one place and share products and discounts with only a few taps.

With Shopify and Apple Business Chat you can:

  • Add and customize a Chat button on your online store
  • Add your logo and custom color so that customers have a branded experience in Messages
  • Allow your customers to ask product and support questions using Messages on their iPhone, iPad, or mac

Ultra Jumps

I think it's nice that it works with apple devices and it gives your brand an ability to make it all the way to the customers messages group. One thing that worries me is that it takes the customer away from your page. This could effect conversion rates..

Spark Entrepreneurship Club

I like this feature. But it is missing a lot that other providers have. Here is some things: Can't link to Apple Business Register. No list, no time slots no adding business to apple directory. It needs these features. It would be good if you could respond to people with just a phone app but a web portal that customer service agents could use.
