Customer messages are managed with Shopify Inbox, which is available on the web or through the free Shopify Inbox mobile apps. Use Shopify Inbox to sell over chat and talk with your customers, anytime anywhere.

With Shopify Inbox and Apple Business Chat you can:

I like the idea of another shopping channel as well the ease to set it up however the customization options don't work, all you can do is choose the button style. When selecting the colour for the header and the button, it just freezes therefore the default colour doesn't match the theme of my business sadly. Uploaded my logos but nothing displayed still. When they fix their customization, I'll rate the app higher.

Hello and thanks for your feedback! You can uninstall Apple Business Chat from the Sales Channel menu in the left nav of your Shopify admin:
- Click the "+" icon next to the "Sales channel" header in your left nav.
- At the bottom of that modal click on the "Manage sales channels" link
- From there you will see Apple Business Chat listed and can delete it using the icon on the far right.


Easiest app to set up compared to any other shopify app. You won't regret installing as Shopify Ping can be a little lacking without iMessage support.
