They have improved. Do not know what the service is like when you pay $499 a month though as I have not had enough sales from the app (zero to be exact) to justify paying them that much a month.

Easy as XYZ. I've followed the instructions to a T, but app will not upload to Apple App Store. Careful of investing a lot of your time building your app. And no assistance offered on free plan.

We are certainly disappointed to hear that we did not meet the mark but I would like to clarify that we are happy to assist all our customers but due to high tickets we are limited our service only to paid plan users. But we will be assigning free plan users tickets according to the availability of technical team. And if it is basic issues surely we can assist in free plan also, I hope you needed help for publishing your iOS app and for that we need help from publishing team. We believe our team contacted you and resolved your issue in the free plan.
