Customer service was just AMAZING, the fact that they just randomly check on you was a huge relief, I normally don't ask questions on apps, just because they normally take a long time to reply, I asked they delivered and fixed my issue in less then 30 seconds definitely recommending !!!!

I would highly recommend this app for anyone who needs appointment bookings for their shopify store. We needed to add optician appointments to our optical shop website. Very easy to sign up. I scheduled an onboarding meeting to integrate Zoom on my Shopify store, Sam Willis was kind, patient and helped me get everything in place with lightening speed. I haven't tried the app yet, but I hear good things. Thank you!

We have recently moved from another booking system to Appointly. It took a while to figure out the set up but every new app takes time but the support from Sam is excellent. He is quick and prompt and has helped me with issues. Very happy to date with this app.

This app has been very easy to use. I had small questions and contacted sam. He responded me right away to assist me with questions I had and guided me and answered my questions.
It's also very efficient. My customer found me on website and booked and paid appointment with me. It saved so much time for me and my customers. I can't pick up my phone when I am in my sessions so this has been a game changer!

This app is very easy to learn and the support is excellent. The only draw back is that is only links with zoom for the online appointments. It would be good to see it expand to link with Google Meets so you can optimize the sync with the Google calendar a little more.

Just switched from two apps, Ive been with the initial app since I started my website in 2019 and needed something less complex. I love the simplicity of this app, and the easy integration. I really enjoy the manual booking can override my posted availability. Looking forward to working with you all!
