Needed an appointment booking system for my store and installed this based on the reviews. It does everything I need it to do and it does it seamlessly, from sending email and SMS reminder notifications to the backend of organising my staff availability. The customer support is run by the developer himself who responds in a timely fashion and helps the app perform how you want as best he can, such as even custom coding things specifically for my store such as the layout of the custom questions etc. Highly recommend

I use this app for my cleaning business and I love it! It's simple and easy to set up. I like that I can adjust my buffer time settings to avoid overbooking and I can create a custom question for each appointment. Also, customer service responds to all of my questions promptly, and they are always able to fix any issue I may have with the app.

So far so good... I have tried Cowlender and Sesami before, but but caused major website glitches. Had this one for a few months now, and so far so good. Support was quick to resolve the cart issue we had. I'm happy.
