最初は別の予約アプリを使っていましたが、いくつか問題があり、ChatGPTにおすすめしてもらったApntlyに乗り換えました。

結果として、本当に乗り換えてよかったです。

日本語に翻訳されていませんが、簡単な単語ですので理解できました。
アプリは期待通りに動作し、何よりサポートが素晴らしかったです。
開発者ご本人のサポートのおかげで問題を解決できました。

展示会を控えた小さなブランドを運営している私にとって、このような迅速で丁寧なサポートは本当に心強かったです。

I originally tried another booking app, but I ran into several issues and decided to switch to Apntly after ChatGPT recommended it.

I’m so glad I did.

Although the app hasn’t been translated into Japanese yet, it’s easy enough to understand.

The app works exactly as I expected, and the support is outstanding. Thanks to the founder’s personal support, I was able to solve every issue I encountered.

As a small brand preparing for an exhibition, having such quick and thoughtful support made a huge difference. I’m very satisfied with both the app and the excellent customer service.

Great little app for bookings and appointments. Setup on the site easily, is flexible with appointment options. Even the paid-for version is extremely cheap for what you get. That, and the support are incredible, by the far best I've experienced. Hats off to you guys! Highly recommend it.

I rarely write reviews, but the support from the Apntly team has been outstanding. Setting up workshop bookings with multiple locations and group appointments was completely new to me, and I had a lot of questions. Sam was incredibly patient, replied quickly, and talked me through every step until everything was working. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and I never felt rushed. The app has plenty of features, and having such responsive support has made all the difference. I'd highly recommend Apntly to anyone looking for a booking app for Shopify.

I have been using this is app in my shopify store for the past few months and it has been perfect for my small business. I am able to have clients book their appointments with me and I am notified when that happens. It is simple and I haven't had any issues with it at all. Also, when I needed help blacking out dates for when my business will be closed for holiday, I was able to ask the creator on chat feature and they helped me within a minute. I was able to blackout my dates easily and quickly. This app is a great app for managing bookings and my client calendar! Get it!

Excellent easy app to install, navigate and setup with lots of hassles. Great support for any questions or tweeks to customise to suit your business. It's also easy for customers to alter bookings after the initial booking is made.

Un poco complicada, al querer bloquear horarios hay que hacer mucho trabajo, al querer editar cosas del booking hay que hacerlo para cada servicio, no hay una programación que permita hacer las cosas más simples y rápidas. Por otro lado el servicio al cliente es muy buena, me han ayudado muchisimo en dudas y a resolver conflictos

Owner was super nice and super responsive, subscription is a little tooo affordable :D. and let me just say as The Son and IT guy of my Mom's boutique ive used several different apps, sometimes support is impossible to get a hold of. sometimes they dont respong, sometimes they do but take forever or just straight up are no help. but despite not being and my cluelessness the owner responded fast and was very helpful, the layout of Apntly is so user friendly and clean!

This app makes figuring out how to add scheduled services incredibly easy! As someone who can quickly become overwhelmed with small business site nuances, Apntly has been my favorite appointment booking app I've found to date. It's affordable and the functionality is excellent. From zoom integration to allowing questions to be added to services, this app delivered up everything I was looking for. I've had to reach out to Sam once while figuring out how to get "book now" to show up instead of "add to cart" and he was friendly and efficient. He's a one man show and honestly, for how well this works, and being a one woman show myself, his product is worth the investment.
