I give them a 5 stars as of now its only Day 2 and so far its good. Great customer service! Switching made easy.
Just trying to figure out some last minute integration for service base business.
I don't need too much functionality from this app but the customer service is excellent to configure.

Lorsque j'ai essayé de mettre à niveau, il me montre 1 jour d'essai. Je n'utiliserai pas cette application à moins que vous ne me donniez un essai de 14 jours
TLDR; This is a fake shop leaving 1-star reviews to demote the app.
This shop left a 1-star fake review on another app in this category too. The founder also mentioned in reply that is a fake review.
Our app got attacked with 7 fake by fake 1-star reviews last year.
Out of this, Shopify removed 5 fake reviews. There are 2 left and we will get those removed too. (Other one is Clover London)
One of the competitors in the Appointment category is posting those fake reviews to demote our app. According to Shopify, they are investigating the matter to keep the platform legit and trustworthy. I wish we will find the culprit soon

The app does what I need it to do it allows for deposits which is super convenient and the price is very fair. I had one small hiccup that I couldn't figure out and the support assisted me right away and resolved my issue.
Their customer support is excellent, every one of my questions were answered and I appreciate the customization of this app.

This app is user-friendly, easy to set up and offers great customer service. Also, very affordable compared to some of the others.
I'm using this app to assist in offering services such as machine hire and sharpening. I needed some help to set up the services the way I wanted them and to obtain a deposit at the time of boooking. The help chat feature is excellent and they helped me through the process and fully customised things to suit my needs. Would definitely recommend!
Just set it up, but so far so good. The chat feature was great for helping me get started! They helped me edit the pop-up to match my website as well.
