The app itself is clean, easy to use, and does exactly what is needed for appointment scheduling, but the real standout is the customer support.
It is incredibly refreshing to get help from a real human who responds quickly, understands the issue, and actually cares about solving it. Every time we have needed assistance, the support team has been patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful instead of sending canned responses.

We have only recently installed this Appointly app via Shopify. So far it is working well and we are going to be fine tuning it in the coming weeks. Critcally the responsiveness to our set up support questions has been very quick.

TOP NOTCH customer service! This app was so easy to set up for my tanning salon so clients can easily book online. When I did have questions or want something changed, customer service was incredibly responsive and quick and there was no disruption to my service while changes were being made.
