Great service from support and a very handy app!
Seems to work well, had a slight issue, more of a question, which was answered promptly and they solved the issue with no questions asked- fantastic.
Quick reply from support also (in minutes!)
Tried several booking apps previously which were limited in function and required substantial fees to offer basic services. This app gave us the opportunity to explore offering services and adding team members with ease and the support team are very responsive to deal with any queries or changes that may be required. Very useful app highly recommend.

App is intuitive and easy to use, and if you have any issues, the tech team will be there to assist! After having some minor difficulties in adjusting the settings to work for our event, the support team were quick to help and adjust from their end. Super helpful and friendly!
I just started using this app and so far it's been really helpful. I feel like there isn't a lot of booking apps on Shopify yet, but this has been the best one that I've found! The customer service is also on point. They have responded very quickly to all my questions.
So far my experience has been very good! I just added this app and the customer service from the owner by far has been fast and straight to the point. I look forward to keeping this app on my site for my clients!
The app's functionality is quite good. Sam, my support rep, has been outstanding and is very helpful. If you're looking for something you can rely on with a good bit of flexibility, go with this. It works and can be customized to suit your needs. All my questions were answered by Sam within minutes.
Update: Server Issue and my business has been down for a significant time and no idea when it will be back up. My business is 24/7 and its happening on a weekend. Things happen but you'd hope they would have a server that is stable enough to keep your business up and running. This is proving not to be the case with this app. I have lost well over 2K worth of business and counting.

At 1:00 AM, you contacted us via chat support, and by 1:10 AM, we promptly responded with an update and resolutions regarding the issue which later turned out to be related to a script you were using in Cart Page to customize your building logic.
Throughout our correspondence, there were challenges:
You reported an issue but declined to participate in a call to replicate it together, insisting it had always worked.
Your requests often involved custom requirements that didn't align with our standard app cycle.
Despite these challenges, we endeavored to provide you with the best possible support. However, dealing with constant threats and abusive language, is not something we can agree upon.
It's ironic that despite your criticisms, you continue to use our app, which evidently meets your business needs.

Great booking tool to use for my store and more importantly, the customer care is brilliant and the support available allow you to change and fix things with ease. Would highly recommend!
