I have just added this app to my website to allow customers to book children birthday parties. The creator of this app immediately messaged and offered to walk me through the app and assisted in me setting it up and showing me how to use it. The app is so easy to install and use and so far so good.
I use the app to add the possibility to make appointments directly on my shopify page, this booking app was perfect for me ! The customer service is also great, especially Sam.
I was very overwhelmed when I added this app, as I have ADHD and often times struggle very much with understanding new add ons and how to build a working site. But as soon as I opened this app to work on it, Sam sent me a chat and set it up for me so quickly and easily. I am so excited to have this app on my site now so that I can continue to sell my services without any interruptions. Thank you, Appointly and Sam for your amazing customer service!
The best booking app on Shopify so far. Integrates beautifully with our store. Design is fully customizable. Customer support is awesome and responsive.
sorry, but it was waste of time trying to set up this app on my store. It seems not user friendly at all. Widget doesn't work. There is no preview of the widget. It just doesn't work for me. Sad.

Hi,
You have installed the app for 15 minutes. Uninstalled it after it. Haven't set up any service in the app. Haven't initiated any chat support or contacted email support.
We even sent you a mail after this review, explaining app features but still no response.
1) How are you able to know app capabilities without even setting up a service?
2) We have a separate team member dashboard and have the capability to log in to the dashboard outside of Shopify. Having this capability why will you require a separate app to do the same?

The app is simple to set up yet powerful, and does anything I need to do to set up customized appointment that my clients need. Also, Sam will be there from the first moment you connect it to your store and he can also do some magic behind the scenes. Absolutely suggested!!
One year later update: I still believe the app is a godsend and wouldn't trade it for anything else
Can't believe this app is free! I sell made to order products and need my clients to schedule their pick up prior. This app does the job, and the app developers are very helpful!
