This app does exactly what we need. We had some small issues at the start, But Sam responded apt and changed some code on their end and it got solved in 15 minutes! The cool part is that all the goodies: asking questions, integrating into your Google calendar, having a Zoom appointment instead of a face-to-face one are priced at a very acceptable $9. For which other planning apps Like Cowlendar charge up to $29 a month! Which is crazy as our whole Shopify subscription costs that per month, as we are a small business. We had a thorough testing on all use cases and tried to break it. Especially the integration parts to Google and Zoom. And everything works. Even the unhappy flows. We did find a small improvement in the user interaction, which Sam found quite interesting. He is probably going to put it on the product roadmap for development. Where can you find such a responsive and open to feedback software supplier? It is rare. Definitely a recommendation this app!!!
I downloaded this from another app on Shopify, It was easy to set up as I had history working with these online schedulers, and honestly, even if you didn't- this app set up is pretty easy...
During my first day, I had several appointments roll in abs one conflicted with the other. I didn't know what to do, but the system automatically caught it and prompted the buyer to reschedule. I reached out for help, I connected with Sam. He was very prompt, super helpful and patient. He walked me through what I needed and I was able to learn what was necessary.
The wait time to connect with support was less than 10 min. Total time: roughly 15-20 minutes as I had several questions. Great service, will continue to use as long as there are no problems! Thanks again Sam!

Had another support request I needed help with. Sam solved it in less than 3 minutes and offered back end support to make my changes even FASTER. I am 100% impressed with support again. What an awesome team. Support like Sam offers is why I keep this app. WONDERFUL!!!
This app was easy to setup and is proving to be very user friendly. The one time I had a problem or issue, I received wonderful and FAST and support from their attentive team. I would highly recommend trying this app. I appreciate the developers of this app having staff on board that is responsive and extremely helpful. 5 STARS!
I recently switched to Appointly from another scheduling App because I was looking for an app that was reasonably priced, had all the features I needed, allowed me to take online and manual bookings, and also to not require customers to pay at the time of booking (I am an in-person service-based business and bill customers at the end of their appointment). Appointly was easy to set up and configure, offers nice looking notification emails, and the customer support was swift and top notch! It was a great experience from beginning to end - I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for an easy way to book customer appointments online with lots of features and at a great price point!
I was very overwhelmed when I added this app, as I have ADHD and often times struggle very much with understanding new add ons and how to build a working site. But as soon as I opened this app to work on it, Sam sent me a chat and set it up for me so quickly and easily.
