I had some very specific requests to help BookX work with our unique situation with our facility, our processes and capacities. I've used the live chat several times now and Pragateesh and Vignesh have been terrific help. When I was struggling to see the bookings in a special way, Vignesh patiently helped me set it up, one step at a time. He listened carefully and double-checked everything with me along the way to make sure he understood what I wanted. Then he created a way for BookX to work with Shopify to show me exactly what I needed to see. With this kind of service, it's a no-brainer: we'll be changing to BookX!

Book X funktioniert wirklich super und ist für uns eine große Hilfe im Arbeitsalltag. Die Einrichtung und Nutzung sind übersichtlich und durchdacht. Does not seem to allow you to pick booking slots when sending manual invoices. Sent an email to support to verify, may have to find something else if it doesn't work as majority of my bookings are done via manual invoices.
