I recently had the opportunity to use the Bookeasy app on my Shopify store. The app is an exceptional tool that seamlessly combines the functionalities of Calendly and Google Forms. It auto-generates Google Meet links, which are sent both to me and my clients, making virtual appointments hassle-free. Moreover, the app brilliantly organizes all the form data on an easily accessible dashboard. If needed, I can export all the data, which is a feature that adds tremendous value to my business operations. A special mention must be made of Kavishan, who provided outstanding assistance during my interaction with him. Also, this brilliant app is available absolutely free! I recently downloaded this new app to assist me in booking appointments for my jewelry events. However, I found myself completely lost on how to navigate it. So, I decided to reach out to their customer support, and to my surprise, they responded promptly. I was already impressed with their quick response. Two individuals, Febin and Siva, ended up assisting me. I had a Zoom call with Siva, which turned out to be a much faster way to resolve my queries compared to typing. Overall, I am really pleased with the excellent customer service and support provided.

Customer support is amazing! I reached out and within 10 or less minutes, I had all the edits I needed done!

It's great when support is on top of it cause it makes the learning journey so more easy.

Very Helpful

We have a small resort in Minnesota and this is our first year adding a boat rental so we wanted to integrate an online booking system that our guest can use and pay online.

This app has been a great experience and easy to use. Plus, I schedule a Demo/Set up call with Rahul who was fantastic and new exactly how to help me accomplish what I needed.

They are a new appointment booking app so they will be adding new features as they continue to grow.
