Poor. Unstable. Not worth the time. We have had this app installed for a while now and just recently a customer reached out and wanted to book an appointment. The customer told us it didn't work. Looking in to it we found out that the widget isn't showing. We contacted support. Their first response was "it looks good from our end...". A few lines later they said they were gonna double check and also check with the tech team and get back. Never got back and when i reach out again they said "Oh we have already double checked everything and it looks good from our end". Their lates solution to the problem was sending me print-screens of all different devices and web-browsers they have to prove that it works. For us it still does not work even though we have tried different browsers, computers, phones, wifi-connection. But... I guess booking support ain't that easy after all...
Had a major issue, This cost us a lot of time and money. I set up an appointment and the person knew nothing, Someone else was supposed to get back to us and never did.
If you want this for event purposes, I do not recommend it. It is very hard to navigate.

While we can see the booking due date, time, Timestamp ID, and Booking ID in Shopify's orders, these orders are not appearing in the Bookeasy app dashboard. To address this issue, our technical team requires the missing order number and details recorded in Shopify but not displayed in the Bookeasy app dashboard. Additionally, if possible, please provide a screen recording of the booking process for the specific order in question. This will help us identify the root cause and implement the necessary changes to the Bookeasy app scripts to resolve the issue.

Do not install this app. I had over 100 orders coming in from India trying to reserve from the bookeasy app which shouldn't have happened. It's ridiculous. I don't know if I've been hacked or not. I had to uninstall it right away or our website would've crashed. I cannot believe Shopify would allow this app to even be on their website. Is Apple the only company that can be trusted to install an app. I REPEAT DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.
