Tech support is always great and I always need them. This app is not terribly intuitive for me. I run a kayak tour company and this is almost perfect for booking tours. One can set many configurations. I'm not sure what would make it perfect, but it's good enough for what I need with a few moments here and there trying to remember where the thing is I need.

When setting up the website for my business, I needed a booking app that not only did calendar bookings, but also had the option to collect partial payments/deposits. I had some very specific requests to help BookX work with our unique situation with our facility, our processes and capacities. When I was struggling to see the bookings in a special way, Vignesh patiently helped me set it up, one step at a time. He listened carefully and double-checked everything with me along the way to make sure he understood what I wanted. Then he created a way for BookX to work with Shopify to show me exactly what I needed to see. With this kind of service, it's a no-brainer: we'll be changing to BookX!
