Tech support is always great and I always need them. This app is not terribly intuitive for me. I run a kayak tour company and this is almost perfect for booking tours. One can set many configurations. I'm not sure what would make it perfect, but it's good enough for what I need with a few moments here and there trying to remember where the thing is I need.

When setting up the website for my business, I needed a booking app that not only did calendar bookings, but also had the option to collect partial payments/deposits. After trying a couple apps that just didn't meet our business needs, I found BookX. I had some very specific requests to help BookX work with our unique situation with our facility, our processes and capacities. I've used the live chat several times now and Pragateesh and Vignesh have been terrific help. When I was struggling to see the bookings in a special way, Vignesh patiently helped me set it up, one step at a time. He listened carefully and double-checked everything with me along the way to make sure he understood what I wanted. Then he created a way for BookX to work with Shopify to show me exactly what I needed to see. With this kind of service, it's a no-brainer: we'll be changing to BookX!
