Leo is a great help, I'm yet to use the app but with the set up and behind the scenes, Leo has made it very easy to understand. Just one thing that could be added, is a cancellation feature for salons that stops clients from cancelling last minute. Ill re review once I've started using the app

Professional, clean look. Customer service is consistent! No complains, although I would have liked if they had a questionnaire option for clients booking.

I did not have a CLUE what I was doing but Tom was a great help! He requested permission for collaboration; helped me add different call durations, helped me with removing the inventory, count checked to make sure everything was working perfectly and so much more! Without him I would of been lost!
Amazing support. Helped me out in minutes to fix my issue! It's easy to use and has all the features I need!

Really easy appointment booking app to set up and quick responses for service. Only downside, is you have to pay to manually add any bookings, but hey, they have to make money somehow.
