Appointment Booking App Propel

The customer service was absolutely outstanding and very speedy! This app is very easy to set up and it's free?! You can't beat that!

This five-star rating is for the set-up of the app as well as the online support (I've not used the app yet for bookings). I have found the app very easy to customize and when I have had questions, the online support responded promptly.

Excellent customer service. App works great and is easy to use! I requested some modifications, particularly with the colours and the customer service was right on to it. Would recommend for anyone requiring bookings!

Great app, even better customer service! I was unsure how to set this up with it being a new app to me, and the live customer service was fantastic. From the beginning they helped me set things up exactly as I needed and was super helpful answering all my questions. Any queries are answered super quickly, and I was kept informed at every stage. The is the only booking app I found that had as many options as we needed, the app allows you to do a lot more than other booking apps I've found. I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! My issue was completely operator error, and my tech was so gracious and patient walking me through fixing my issues.

I had problems installing the booking feature since I had a custom theme so I put in a ticket and got an immediate response. Support was excellent, quick. and very helpful that they even had a developer install it for me. Easy and user friendly adjustability and customization. I haven't been able to use this app yet but so far it has quick and easy access so I'm sure it wont disappoint! I would highly recommend, especially as they go above and beyond for it being new app!
