I'm still finding my way around but the team are very helpful and it's very easy to use (so far!) and looks great - customisations also seem spot on.

Exactly what I needed! This is the only app I could find that had the ability to change the scheduled amount of time based on the product variants. Works perfectly and it is very easy to use!

I added the app to add consultations to my site. On the set up page there was an option to give my account a boost and Chud responded very promptly (at 1 am est ) and assisted with the boost and when I couldn’t find where the change was made he took a screenshot to direct me. He was very nice and prompt.
Pretty good, no complaints. There is nothing really to talk about as I have not used much of the application yet.

Pretty useless, I installed it to see how it works and it messed up my theme. Avoid!!! Tried to speak to support but they were asking useless questions. Not helpful at all.
Hello there,
For other merchants reading this, this shop's issue was not related to Propel Appointments. Here's what happened:
1. This merchant changed their shop to Bulgarian.
2. This merchant's theme, Impulse theme, did not support Bulgarian, and translation errors appeared on their shop.
3. We brought in a developer, on a Saturday, and they created a new Bulgarian translation file for this merchant's theme.
4. With the new translation file in place, the translation errors went away.
Despite repairing this merchant's theme for an issue unrelated to Propel Appointments, they've decided to leave this review up.
We're disappointed by this, but on a more positive note, we're proud of the amazing work our support and development team did, on a Saturday, to resolve this merchant's issue.

I used this app to add a consultation booking feature for my webshop! I help customers figure out which superfoods they need and this call is for free but needed to be able toschedule it immediately and sync with my calendar! Propel made it happen easily and smoothly! And had great customer service! Thanks so much!! Happy to find apps and customer service like that!
